If order is cancelled:
- Within 2 hours after placing order, complete amount will be credited in customers wallet account for future purchase.
- Before shipping, a cancellation fee of AED 25 or 10% of order value whichever is higher will applicable and balance amount will be credited in customers wallet account for future purchase.
- Absolutely No Refunds to credit card/debit card. All refunds will be given to customer wallet on Eshop website.
- No replacements will be given of product. Customer to use refund money in Ewallet and place new order.
- Delivery is contingent upon strikes, accidents, delays of carrier and other delays beyond our control.
- In case part no. and description do not match, part no. will take precedence and supply will be as per part no.
- If item not collected from warehouse 4 working days from date order was placed then order will be cancelled.
